At this very moment in history, when so many people and nations around the world are  acknowledging the 100th Anniversary of our planet's  hapless stumble into World War I,  great powers and their allies are ironically once again provoking new dangers where governments appear to be sleepwalking towards a restoration of old Cold War battles. A barrage of conflicting information is broadcast in the various national and nationalistic media with alternative versions of reality that provoke and stoke new enmities and rivalries across national borders. 

With the U.S. and Russia in possession of over 15,000 of the world’s 16,400 nuclear weapons, humanity can ill-afford to stand by and permit these conflicting views of history and opposing assessments of the facts on the ground to lead to a 21st Century military confrontation between the great powers and their allies.  While sadly acknowledging the trauma suffered by the countries of Eastern Europe from years of Soviet occupation, and understanding their desire for the protection of the NATO military alliance, we the signers of this global call to action also note that the Russian people lost 20 million people during WWII to the Nazi onslaught and are understandably wary of NATO expansion to their borders in a hostile environment.   Russia has lost the protection of the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, which the US abandoned in 2001, and warily observes missile bases metastasizing ever closer to its borders in new NATO member states, while the US rejects repeated Russian efforts for negotiations on a treaty to ban weapons in space, or Russia’s prior application for membership in NATO. 

For these reasons, we the peoples, as members of Civil Society, Non-Governmental Organizations, and global citizens, committed to peace and nuclear disarmament, demand that an independent international inquiry be commissioned to review events in Ukraine leading up to the Malaysian jet crash and of the procedures being used to review the catastrophic aftermath.  The inquiry should factually determine the cause of the accident and hold responsible parties accountable to the families of the victims and the citizens of the world who fervently desire peace and a peaceful settlement of any existing conflicts.  It should include a fair and balanced presentation of what led to the deterioration of U.S. –Russian relations and the new hostile and polarized posture that the U.S. and Russia with their allies find themselves in today.

The UN Security Council, with US and Russian agreement, has already passed Resolution 2166 addressing the Malaysian jet crash, demanding accountability, full access to the site and a halt to military activity which has been painfully disregarded at various times since the incident.   One of the provisions of SC Res 2166 notes that the Council “[s]upports efforts to establish a full, thorough and independent international investigation into the incident in accordance with international civil aviation guidelines.”  Further, the 1909 revised Convention on the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes adopted at the 1899 Hague International Peace Conference has been used successfully to resolve issues between states so that war was avoided in the past.  Both Russia and Ukraine are parties to the Convention. 

Regardless of the forum where the evidence is gathered and fairly evaluated, we the undersigned urge that the facts be known as to how we got to this unfortunate state of affairs on our planet today and what might be the solutions.  We urge Russia and Ukraine as well as their allies and partners to engage in diplomacy and negotiations, not war and hostile alienating actions.   The world can little afford the trillions of dollars in military spending and trillions and trillions of brain cells wasted on war when our very Earth is under stress and needs the critical attention of our best minds and thinking and the abundance of resources mindlessly diverted to war to be made available for the challenge confronting us to create a livable future for life on earth.

Why is this important?

It’s important because there is so much misinformation and disinformation in the media that we are careening towards a new cold war with Russia over this.

Superbe papier de Zero Hedge que nous a traduit FRED (qui est pourtant en vacances …)

Hé oui, on a tendance a avoir une lecture des choses trop 1er degré , mais c’est car la réalité est dure à dire : en fait, que ce soit Poutine ou Obama, c’est la même chose, ce ne sont que des pîons, le vrai niveau décisionnel est au dessus d’eux …

Cette opposition Orient-Occident  n’est qu’une pure fabrication des élites mondialistes, comme le note ZH  ;  

Le principe est vieux comme le monde, et a déjà servi de façon récurrente, tout au long du siècle dernier par exemple …  

L’Ordre par le chaos ou "hordo ab chaos" : problème – réaction- solution, la dialectique (et rhétorique) hégélienne thèse – antithèse – synthèse : créer le problème pour  apporter la solution, en faisant croire qu’il y a de réelles oppositions (il y en a , mais juste sur les modalités) , ce qui permet la mise en place d’un véritable chaos contrôlé, qui mènera vers une restructuration globale, un nouvel ordre mondial ;

Non, Yellen de la FED n’est pas une abrutie qui ne sait pas ce qu’elle fait : comme Bernanke avant elle, elle sait très bien qu’elle est en train d’accélérer la mise à mort du dollar par une politique d’expansion monétaire jamais vu dans l’histoire : c’est VO-LON-TAIRE ; 

Ils savent ce qu’ils font et le font dans un but déterminé : créer le chaos pour proposer leur solution, "cette solution devant normalement entraîner plus de pouvoir pour les élites et moins de liberté pour les citoyens" précise ZH 

Et dans cette affaire, Poutine ne fait que donner le change …

 La notion de complot en effraie certains, tant et si bien qu’ils sont prêts à oublier toutes les preuves montrant que les événements du monde sont pour la plupart orchestrés, plutôt que chaotique et fortuits. Pour ceux qui sont sans instruction et ignorants, les explications des terribles marées politiques et guerrières tournent généralement autour d’une fausse compréhension du rasoir d’Ockham (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasoir_d’Ockham). Ils affirment que la théorie démontre que « l’explication la plus simple » est généralement la bonne pour toute crise ou problème. Mais le rasoir d’Ockham indique dans les faits que l’explication la plus simple d’après la preuve disponible, est généralement la bonne réponse à un problème donné. C’est-à-dire, l’explication la plus simple doit être conforme à la preuve, ou alors elle est probablement incorrecte.

 Malheureusement, les « sceptiques » de la conspiration préméditée ferment souvent les yeux sur les preuves qui sont contraires à leurs explications simplistes, tout en faisant valoir que la simplification est sa propre justification. En d’autres termes, ils ne se sentent pas la nécessité de défendre leur point de vue simpliste du monde environnant parce que, dans leur esprit, la simplicité est la preuve de sa propre évidence. Il fut un temps où les hommes croyaient que les planètes tournaient les unes autour des autres parce qu’elles étaient attachées ensemble par de longues chaînes en verre, et c’était évident pour eux parce que c’était l’explication la plus simple qu’ils ont pu trouver. La pensée des sceptiques du Nouvel Ordre Mondial et de la mondialisation concertée, est très similaire.

 L’argument le plus commun qu’ils ont tendance à utiliser est que le monde est beaucoup trop « chaotique » et que si les élites sont effectivement à la recherche d’un système mondial entièrement centralisé, ils « échouent lamentablement » parce qu’il y a tellement de cultures clairement divisées. A quiconque tenant cet argument logique ou pratique, je suggère d’abord qu’il regarde au-delà de la surface des différents conflits pour voir les similitudes entre ces soi-disant « ennemis »

Par exemple, qu’en est il des états unis contre la Russie ? Ces deux pays ont une longue histoire d’oppositions idéologiques et ont failli se faire la guerre de nombreuses fois . Certes, l’américain moyen se considère comme un individualiste et voit les Russes comme des socialistes ou des communistes . Le Russe moyen lui, voit les Américains comme des capitalistes impérialistes et se considère comme un humaniste . Mais quid de leurs gouvernements respectifs ? Qu’en est-il de leur  bailleurs de fonds et des oligarques respectifs ? Se voient-ils vraiment les uns les autres comme des ennemis ?

Un faux paradigme a été créé lorsque les internationalistes ont soutenu la révolution bolchevique et permis à la Russie de devenir un pays tenu par les communistes . La guerre froide qui en a découlé a créé la justification utilisée par le complexe militaro-industriel pour construire une armée massive (qui ne fait pas partie de la constitution des états unis) , une armée qui pourrait ensuite etre envoyée dans le monde entier  pour soumettre divers pays et peut etre même utilisée pour opprimer le peuple américain.

 Même aujourd’hui, le faux paradigme Est / Ouest se poursuit, avec l’Amérique dépeinte comme le méchant maladroit et la Russie peinte comme le pilier et l’objecteur raisonnable. Pourtant, les hauts fonctionnaires du gouvernement de la Russie et nos hauts fonctionnaires du gouvernement travaillent en étroite collaboration et dépendent des mêmes financiers et élites, comme le Fond Monétaire International et la Banque des Règlements Internationaux, comme je l’ai expliqué en détail dans False East/West Paradigm Hides The Rise Of Global Currency et Russia Is Dominated By Global Banks, Too.

 Encore plus près de l’actualité, les États-Unis sont maintenant entrés dans des opérations militaires contre les insurgés d’ISIS se déplaçant rapidement à travers les régions du nord de l’Irak vers Bagdad. Toutefois, si ISIS est l’ennemi, pourquoi les États-Unis et notre allié, l’Arabie Saoudite, ont-ils soutenu et formé des agents d’ISIS en Syrie ainsi qu’en Irak ?

 Est-ce juste l’ironie du sort que notre gouvernement ait contribué à la naissance d’ISIS et maintenant la Maison Blanche est en guerre avec le groupe ? Ou est-il possible que peut-être, juste peut-être, un plus grand dessein soit en cours de réalisation ?

 Comme le sinistre Rahm Emanuel l’a si bien dit : "vous ne voulez jamais perdre l’occasion que représente une crise grave ; Et ce que je veux dire par là, c’est saisir l’occasion de faire des choses que vous ne pensiez pas pouvoir faire auparavant. "

 Si une crise d’opportunité ne se présente pas dans le délais dont vous avez besoin, pourquoi ne pas concevoir une crise pour répondre à vos objectifs . C‘est une tactique qui a été utilisée par les élites depuis des générations, et cela porte le nom de dialectique hégélienne. 

 Le travail de Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel était le fondement même du collectivisme et de l’idéologie socialiste, et il a inspiré Karl Marx pendant son écriture du manifeste communiste. Hegel était un étatiste passionné qui croyait que le collectif doit être exclu et dirigé par une gouvernance centralisée, et que tout individualisme doit être sacrifié dans l’intérêt général.

 Hegel a écrit que l’État « a un droit suprême contre l’individu, dont le devoir suprême est d’être un membre de l’Etat… car le droit de l’esprit mondial est au-dessus de tous les privilèges spéciaux. »

 Dans sa théorie dialectique, Hegel évoquait une stratégie par laquelle les élites pouvaient contrôler les masses par une division créé délibérément. Pour définir la méthode de la dialectique hégélienne simplement, le corps décisionnel doit d’abord déclencher un problème ou une crise qui pousse les citoyens à réagir par la peur et exiger une solution. Les dirigeants proposent alors une solution qu’ils avaient déjà prédéterminée avant d’avoir commencé la crise ; cette solution devant normalement entraîner plus de pouvoir pour les élites et moins de liberté pour les citoyens.

Le monde semble divisé et chaotique , précisément parce qu’il a été modelé de cette façon par une élite mondialiste . En fait, si vous deviez citer une guerre parmi les 100 dernières années, tout analyste alternatif compétent pourrait facilement produire des preuves indéniables de l’implication de banques internationales et de groupes de réflexion tirant les ficelles des deux cotés du conflit .

Si vous ne comprenez pas le concept de « l’ordre par le chaos », alors vous ne comprendrez jamais rien.

Le chaos controlé  a plusieurs finalités . Il fournit la distraction et la couverture nécessaire aux élites pour mettre en oeuvre d’autres plans qu’ils auraient pu ne pas avoir remarqué . 

Il fournit également un bouc émissaire pour les masses, qui sont maintenant divisées les unes contre les autres. Lorsque de violentes modifications sont mises en œuvre et produisent des conséquences destructrices, les gens doivent être apaisés par un méchant facilement identifiable. Les ambitions de changement global des avocats de la mondialisation nécessitent l’utilisation minutieuse des boucs émissaires.

 Par exemple, les mondialistes du FMI ont discuté depuis des années de la mise en place d’un panier de monnaie mondiale visant à remplacer le dollar américain.

La Russie et l’Est ont également réclamés, comme par hasard, que le FMI remplace le dollar, par leur panier de droits de tirages spéciaux.

Et enfin, toujours de manière aussi arrangeante, les élites au sein du gouvernement des États-Unis ont lancé un coup contrôlé en Ukraine et une confrontation économique directe avec la Russie, donnant ainsi à l’Est l’excuse parfaite pour abandonner le dollar américain comme réserve mondiale et le remplacer par un panier de système de change au sein du FMI. En dépit des affirmations que Vladimir Poutine est « anti-mondialiste », la Russie est dans les faits un fervent partisan du FMI, et il a déclaré que son objectif est de poursuivre l’adhésion de la Russie au FMI dans une plus grande capacité :

 « Dans le cas des BRICS, nous voyons un ensemble d’intérêts stratégiques coïncider. Tout d’abord, c’est une volonté commune de réformer le système monétaire et financier international. Dans sa forme actuelle, il est injuste pour les pays du BRICS et des nouvelles économies en général. Nous devrions avoir une part plus active au sein du FMI et dans le système de prise de décision de la Banque Mondiale. Le système monétaire international lui-même dépend beaucoup du dollar américain, ou, pour être plus précis, de la politique monétaire et financière des autorités américaines. Les pays du BRICS veulent changer cela. » (ndlr : citation de VLAD POUTINE)

Oui Vladimir, c’est aussi ce que veulent les ingénieurs de la manipulatin sociale au sein du fmi …

J’espère que vous avez le bon sens de voir comment cela fonctionne : problème, réaction, solution. La guerre économique ou physique est lancée entre l’Est et l’Ouest, tandis que le dollar est tué dans le processus. Les masses réagissent en exigeant un remplacement équitable et équilibré du dollar comme réserve mondiale de sorte que la stabilité économique puisse revenir. Les Américains accusent la Russie et l’Est pour leur malheur financier. L’Est blâme l’orgueil de l’Occident pour sa propre chute. Aucune des deux parties n’accuse les banksters, qui sont à l’origine de toutes ces calamités depuis le début. Et les élites attaquent en piqué comme des sauveurs avec un nouvel accord style Bretton Woods pour apaiser toutes les parties et consolider leur système de monnaie mondiale, le système dont ils ont toujours rêvé. Et avec une monnaie mondiale et une autorité économique en place, la gouvernance mondiale n’est pas loin derrière – de l’ordre dans le chaos. 

 Ce processus est plus psychologique que politique dans ses objectifs. On pourrait faire valoir que si les élites ont déjà le contrôle de toutes les banques centrales et des gouvernements, alors pourquoi ont-ils besoin d’un gouvernement mondial ? La réponse est que ces hommes ne veulent pas de gouvernance mondiale secrète, ils veulent une gouvernance mondiale ouverte et publique. Ils veulent que nous acceptions l’idée comme un fait, car c’est lorsque nous accepterons de participer à ce mensonge qu’ils auront vraiment gagné. 

 Le résultat de la première guerre mondiale a été la création de la Société des Nations et l’argument selon lequel la souveraineté conduit à la désunion et à la catastrophe. La Seconde Guerre mondiale a conduit à la création de l’Organisation des Nations Unies et le Fond Monétaire International. Je crois que la troisième guerre mondiale est presque à nos portes, et elle pourrait impliquer des armes de destruction monétaire bien plus que des armes de destruction massive. Chaque désintégration supposée de l’unité mondiale a finalement conduit à une plus grande centralisation, et c’est quelque chose que les sceptiques semblent oublier. La progression des crises suggère que la prochaine guerre conduira à la mondialisation totale sous la domination d’une minorité d’élites se présentant comme « sages » qui ne demandent qu’à apporter la paix et l’harmonie aux masses. En attendant, les sceptiques vont continuer à débattre sans réfléchir, à l’encontre de toute raison, que tout cela était un coup de chance, une manifestation de probabilités mathématiques aléatoires, menant par hasard à un résultat que les dirigeants de l’establishment ont toujours voulu : une micro-gestion totalitaire mondiale.

The concept of conspiracy frightens some people, so much so that they are willing to overlook any and all evidence that world events are for the most part directed, rather than chaotic and coincidental. For those who are uneducated and unaware, explanations for the terrible tides of politics and war generally revolve around a false understanding of Occam’s razor. They argue that the theory states that the “simplest explanation” is usually the correct one for any particular problem or crisis. But Occam’s razor actually states that the simplest explanationaccording to the evidence at hand is usually the correct answer for any given problem. That is to say, the simplest explanation must conform to the evidence, or it is likely not correct.

Unfortunately, “skeptics” of directed conspiracy often turn a blind eye to evidence that is contrary to their simple explanations, while arguing that simplification is its own vindication. In other words, they don’t feel the need to defend their simplistic world view because, in their minds, simplicity stands on its own as self-evident. There was a time when men believed that the planets revolved around each other because they were tied together by long glass strings, and this was evident to them because it was the simplest explanation they could come up with. The thinking of skeptics of the New World Order and concerted globalization is much like this.

The most common argument they tend to exploit is that the world is far too “chaotic” and that if the elites are actually seeking a fully centralized one-world system, they are “failing miserably” because so many cultures are so clearly divided. For anyone who holds this argument as logical or practical, first I would suggest they look beyond the surface of the various conflicts at the similarities between these so called “enemies.”

For example, what about the United States versus Russia? These two nations have a long history of opposing ideologies and have come close to war time and time again. Certainly, average Americans see themselves as individualists and Russians as socialist or communist. Average Russians see Americans as capitalist imperialists and see themselves as humanists. But what about their respective governments? What about their respective financiers and oligarchs? Do they really see each other as enemies?

If that were so, then why did American Wall Street tycoons and the U.S. military aid the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917?

A false paradigm was created when internationalists supported the Bolshevik Revolution and allowed Russia to become a communist-held country. The eventual Cold War that resulted created the rationale used by the military-industrial complex to build a massive standing army (which is not part of the U.S. Constitution), an army which could then be sent around the world to subdue various nations and even possibly be used to oppress the American people.

Even today, the false East/West paradigm continues, with America painted as the bumbling villain and Russia painted as the stalwart and reasonable objector. Yet Russia’s top government officials and our top government officials work closely with and answer to the same international financiers and elites, like the International Monetary Fund and the Bank of International Settlements, as I outlined in great detail in False East/West Paradigm Hides The Rise Of Global Currency and Russia Is Dominated By Global Banks, Too.

Even closer to current events, the U.S. has now entered into military operations against ISIS insurgents moving rapidly through Iraq’s northern regions toward Baghdad. However, if ISIS is the enemy, why did the U.S. and our ally, Saudi Arabia, support and train ISIS agents in Syria as well as Iraq?

Is it just irony that our government helped birth ISIS and now the White House is at war with the group? Or is it possible that maybe, just maybe, a greater plan is afoot?

As the sinister Rahm Emanuel famously said: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”

If a crisis of opportunity does not present itself in the time frame you need, why not ENGINEER a crisis to fit your goals? This is a tactic that has been used by elites for generations, and it is called the Hegelian dialectic.

Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel’s work was the very foundation of the collectivist/socialist ideology, and it inspired Karl Marx during his writing of The Communist Manifesto. Hegel was an avid statist who believed that the collective must be ruled and directed by centralized governance and that all individualism should be sacrificed for the greater good.

Hegel wrote that the state “has supreme right against the individual, whose supreme duty is to be a member of the State… for the right of the world spirit is above all special privileges.”

In his dialectic theory, Hegel conjured a strategy by which the establishment elites could control the masses through deliberately created division. To define the Hegelian dialectic method simply, the ruling body must first trigger a problem or crisis that causes the citizenry to react with fear and demand a solution. The rulers then offer a solution, which they had already predetermined before they had started the crisis; this solution would usually entail more power for the elites and less freedom for the citizens.

The world appears divided and chaotic exactly because it has been MADE that way by a select few in the globalist establishment. In fact, if you were to name any war in the past 100 years, any competent alternative analyst would easily produce undeniable evidence of the involvement of international banks and think tanks pulling strings on both sides.

If you don’t understand the concept of “order out of chaos,” then you’ll never understand a thing.

Engineered chaos serves several purposes. It provides distraction and cover for the elites to implement other plans that they would rather not have noticed.

It also provides a scapegoat for the masses, who are now divided against each other. When violent changes are implemented that produce destructive consequences, the people must be placated with an easily identifiable villain. Certain changes globalists wish to make in the way the world functions require the careful exploitation of scapegoats.

For example, the globalists at the IMF have been discussing the establishment of a global basket currency for years to replace the U.S. dollar.

Russia and the East have also, conveniently, been calling for the IMF to replace the dollar with their Special Drawing Rights basket.

And finally, as well as conveniently, the elites in the U.S. government have launched a controlled coup in Ukraine and initiated direct economic confrontation with Russia, thereby giving the East the perfect excuse to dump the U.S. dollar as world reserve and replace it with a basket currency system under the IMF. Despite claims that Vladimir Putin is “anti-globalist,” the Russian is in fact an avid supporter of the IMF, and has stated his goal is to continue Russia’s IMF membership in a larger capacity:

"In the BRICS case we see a whole set of coinciding strategic interests. First of all, this is the common intention to reform the international monetary and financial system. In the present form it is unjust to the BRICS countries and to new economies in general. We should take a more active part in the IMF and the World Bank’s decision-making system. The international monetary system itself depends a lot on the US dollar, or, to be precise, on the monetary and financial policy of the US authorities. The BRICS countries want to change this."

Yes, Vladimir, and so do the manipulative social engineers at the IMF...

Hopefully, you have the sense to see how this works: problem, reaction, solution. Economic or physical war is launched between East and West, while the dollar is killed in the process. The masses react by demanding a fair and balanced replacement for the dollar as world reserve so that economic stability can return. The Americans blame Russia and the East for their fiscal misfortune. The East blames the hubris of the West for its own downfall. Neither side blames the banksters, who started the whole calamity to begin with. And the elites swoop in as saviors with a new Bretton Woods-style agreement to appease all sides and cement their global currency system, the system they had always wanted. And with a global economic currency and authority in place, global governance is not far behind — order out of chaos.

This process is more psychological than political in its goals. One could argue that if the elites already have control of all central banks and governments, then why do they need a global government? The answer is that these men do not want secret global governance, they wantopen global governance. They want us to ACCEPT the idea as a fact of existence, for only when we agree to participate in the lie will they then have truly won.

The end result of World War I was the creation of the League of Nations and the argument that sovereignty leads to disunion and catastrophe. World War II led to the creation of the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund. I believe that a third world war is nearly upon us, one that may involve weapons of monetary destruction more so than weapons of mass destruction. Each supposed disintegration of global unity has eventually led to greater centralization, and this is something the skeptics seem to forget. The progression of crises suggests that the next war will lead to total globalization under the dominance of a minority of elitists posing as "wise men" who only wish to bring peace and harmony to the masses. In the meantime, the skeptics will continue to mindlessly debate in the face of all reason that the whole thing was a fluke, an act of random mathematical chance, leading coincidentally to the one thing the establishment rulers crave: total global totalitarian micromanagement.
